In continuation of the letter addressed to your office under date the 24th December 1867, I am directed by Secretary Sir Stafford Northcote to forward to you for the information of the Duke of Buckingham and Chandos the accompanying Copy and it's Enclosure, which have been received from the Govt of India respecting the replacement of a further number of Sikhs for Police Service in Hong Kong.
